More importantly IMPACT was the Country Antennae for Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE) since 2002 -2006. This is an Institution of the ACP Group of States and the European Union in the framework of the Cotonou Agreement. It is a general system of support funded by European Development Fund and created by the European Commission to promote the Private Sector and thus helping to combat poverty.

Under this arrangement, IMPACT can now reinforce its technical capacity with personnel from the above firms to supplement the network of local expertise associated with the Firm.

IMPACT is a Member of the Federation of Ugandan Consultants (FUCO) and our personnel are compelled to adhere to the Federation’s Code of Conduct and demonstrate enviable level of professionalism to all clients.
