Andrew K. Turiho:
Andrew Turiho is qualified Socio-Economist with
a Masters Degree in Social Work and Masters
in Gender studies. He has participated in various
capacities in a wide range of research projects
using both survey and participatory approaches.
Andrew is highly skilled in program baseline
and evaluation surveys as well as monitoring,
socio-economic situation analysis including
gender analysis, and analysis of development
programs.
• Chris B.Kyerere: Mr.
Chris. B. Kyerere is a Socio-economist with
extensive experience in conducting Surveys,
Sectoral Planning and private sector planning
and BDS services. He has excellent analytical
and reporting skills. He has executed numerous
sub-sector studies in fisheries, wood and furniture,
metal works, coffee, ICT and tourism. Also as
the CDE country representative in Uganda, over
4 years, Mr. Kyerere coordinated implementation
of numerous interventions in a number of private
sector clusters of which included: diary, fisheries,
mining, floriculture, horticulture exporters
and leather sub-sectors. Chris has MA.Gender
Studies, BA, DLIS, Cert.MSE, Cert. design &
management of BDS and Diploma in Management
and Development of Small Business and Industries.
Chris is also the Executive Director IMPACT
Associates Development Consultants.

Dr. Okello Elialilia
Sarikiaeli: Dr. Okello is a
cultural Anthropologist and has more than 13
years experience on baseline and evaluation
studies. She has participated in rural and urban
community studies both in Uganda and Tanzania.
Dr. Okello has extensive practical experience
in the use Of qualitative methods of data collection
and analysis. She was the principle investigator
on the study to investigate community beliefs
and perceptions about depression in the districts
of Kampala and Mukono.She was the field supervisor
in the evaluation of utilization of teachers
under Universal Primary Education and she is
a senior lecturer in the school of public health.
She has a PhD.Cultural Antholopology, MA.Sociology,
BA.Sociology, Cert.Research Methods, Cert.Data
Management and analysis, Cert.Advanced Gender
Research Methods, Cert.Statistical Methods and
computer application in Research and Cert. Qualitative
Research methods in health care systems.

Patrick Kaganzi:
Patrick is a qualified accountant with B.Com
(Accounting), Cert. Financial Management Systems,
Cert. Computer Operations and Cert. Research
Methods.

Dr.Dale Mutabirwa: Dr. Dale
is a Socio-Economist with PhD.Finance, MSC.Management,
MSC.Finance and BSC.Economics.

Dr.Onesmus Twinoweitu:
Dr Onesmus is a public Health expert with two
Masters Degrees (Public Health and Internal
medicine), a bachelor of Medicine and bachelor
of surgery. He has a working experience in various
sectors in public and private/consultancy.
